Requirements

  • Successful proven experience as IT-recruiter & HR manager for 2+ years
  • Experience in hiring Senior / Lead specialists
  • Experience in HR management activities (onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, retention, etc.)
  • Understanding the specifics of Ukrainian and CIS talents markets
  • Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools
  • Ability to plan and prioritize your time
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to details
  • Strong focus on results
  • Strong leadership and proactiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High communication skills, attention to detail
  • English — Intermediate and above
  • Social activity in Facebook, LinkedIn would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Active search of candidates, hunting (Ukraine)
  • Proven track record in positions closing
  • Ensuring a full recruitment cycle: communication with candidates, initial CV assessment, conducting interviews, preparation of job offers, contract terms negotiation
  • Creating new ways and approaches in attracting the best specialists
  • Relationship-building, corporate culture development
  • Adaptation, motivation, retention, development of employees
  • Responding to organizational changes, employees’ needs, complaints, wishes etc.
  • Formalization and implementation of recruiting and HRM processes, best practices
  • Employer’s brand development, collaboration with universities, participation in local events
  • HRM department building, its management
  • KPI system development
  • Creation of policies, knowledge base, job descriptions
