- Experience in hiring Senior / Lead specialists
- Experience in HR management activities (onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, retention, etc.)
- Understanding the specifics of Ukrainian and CIS talents markets
- Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools
- Ability to plan and prioritize your time

- English — Intermediate and above

- HRM department building, its management
