- 3+ years experience in IT/product development;
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum methodology, business value discovery, and delivery process;
- Facilitation and mediation skills;
- Confident with a desire to learn, ask, and develop professional and personal skills;
- Proactive and takes ownership of results;
- Self-discipline, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills;
- Ability to develop communications, and a healthy sense of perfectionism;
- Wide knowledge of the DeFi, and blockchain spaces, and the desire for regular self-improvement;
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Participate in team composition and process launch from scratch;
- Develop and follow a strategy for product development and delivery;
- Maintain product analytics;
- Manage product backlog;
- Create product improvement ideas based on the market;
- Introduce and follow Agile processes, procedures, and standards;
- Establish priorities for the development team;
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to create a valuable, prioritized backlog;
- Manage the uninterrupted development of the product, creating tasks for the team and, assisting them in carrying out the work in the most conducive environment.
