You’re our new Junior Recruiter, and we’re happy to meet you.

  • At least 6 months of experience or graduated from IT Recruitment school;
  • Good understanding of IT terminology;
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with recruitment sourсing techniques;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Analytical skills and keen attention to details;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Endorsing common sense;
  • English: at least Intermediate level.

  • Active search of candidates using different sources and search techniques;
  • Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards;
  • Screen candidates resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
  • Take part in different HR and Recruitment projects and initiatives;
  • Maintain candidate databases (via Applicant Tracking System);
  • Supporting recruitment team with administration tasks;
  • Other tasks as per function needs.
