Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager

Knowledge of software development lifecycle, understanding of (Agile) software development processes
Ability to communicate effectively with business, engineers, UX/UI designers
Experience using in process modelling such as UML, BPMN
Experience with a broad range of methods, practices and tools, including use cases, user stories, process models, data models, and scenarios
Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modelling
Experience / background in blockchain, distributed systems
Excellent knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Experience creating detailed and clear software development proposals and SLAs
Experience with high-load sophisticated back-ends

Excellent communication and presentation skills
At least Upper Intermediate written and verbal English

Interacting with clients to define requirements and discuss issues, questions, and project status
Understand system capabilities and business goals of the client
Composing technical documentation to detail the requirements in a clear and well-organized manner to include diagrams, mock-ups and detailed descriptions
Interacting with the software development team to translate client requirements into system requirements
Participating in application validation to ensure that client’s business requirements are met
Managing requirements throughout the project system testing and QA validations

Experience in engineering (programming or QA) or project management is a big plus
Experience in software development for financial industry
